WCL Season 3, 2013 playing rules: From the organizing committee they have implemented some playing rules and regulations for WCL Season 3, 2013. Rules are as follows; Opening batsman. One of the opening batting pair must be a player who is 35 years of age or over. An over per innings. This mean this tournament is maximum 5 overs per innings. One of these 5 overs must be bowl by a player who is 35 years or over. Individual score maximum 20. Any batsman must retire if he reached his individual score of 20. So a batsman can stay on the crease only up to 20 runs maximum for him. After that he must return to the pavilion whether he is out or not out.
All other playing rules and regulations are as per ground's common law which usually effecting on every local tournament held in that ground.
